Meredith Brough is a mother of 5, a a pediatric sleep consultant, instructor and coach to sleep consultants. She founded Sweet Slumber in 2017 in Cedar Rapids, Iowa. In 2022 she began teaching other professionals about her methods and fell in love with coaching them in marketing and mentoring them in their work.
